the  The World Endurance Championship has for decades been the scene of a clash between the greatest manufacturers. TOYOTA in particular has invested considerably in endurance racing, apparently with a sort of curse at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The very rare TOYOTA 88C from the 1988 24 Hours of Le Mans which has not been presented to the public for many years will return to the stage at RETROMOBILE. This car helped write TOYOTA's long series of failures at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Although very competitive, the two cars entered by the factory in 1988 were quickly forced to retire. However, this did not prevent them from shining in Japan and subsequently in the United States where the presented car continued its successful career.
